The Role

Almac Pharma Services manufacture medicines in tablet, capsule and powder form, and pack commercial drug products into bottles, blisters and sachets and provide specialised packaging solutions for medical kits, vials and syringes. The expert services we provide supports the provision of medicines and treatments to patients around the world.

We now have an exciting opportunity to join our Laxido Operations team on a permanent basis in the role of Senior Operator Grade 2. In this role you will be responsible for controlling the process operation within your designated production room, ensuring the quality of the product complies with cGMP.

On a daily basis you will check material, set up production equipment, complete set-up checks, and operate production equipment in accordance with work instructions and SOPs. You will be required to complete production documentation to a high standard, and to verify the reconciliation of materials on completion of an operation.

You will effectively oversee staff (operators) within your designated operations, and support the Production Supervisor to ensure the efficient and on-schedule completion of each operation. This is an exciting opportunity to excel in a hands-on role ensuring the successful and efficient production and packaging of pharmaceutical drug product.

For those with previous experience gained within a regulated environment (e.g. manufacturing, packaging, engineering, food).
