The role provides comprehensive support to the Maintenance function by managing asset registration, maintenance scheduling, and documentation across systems such as eMaint and ProCal. It involves coordinating weekly maintenance forecasts, issuing and reconciling job cards, planning servicing with contractors, and maintaining accurate records of plant and calibration activities. The position also supports projects, continuous improvement initiatives, change controls, deviations and procedure updates while leading quality investigations and ensuring safety, compliance, and KPI reporting. Additional responsibilities include raising purchase requisitions, organising meetings, managing LMS curricula, and providing general operational support to ensure smooth and compliant maintenance operations.

Key Requirements

  • Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK.
  • GCSE Mathematics and English Language at grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in a maintenance or engineering team.
  • Previous experience in writing technical documents and procedures.

It would be desirable for candidates to have:

  • Two A-levels (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in supporting a Production/Maintenance team.
  • Previous experience in project support.
  • Previous experience in validation projects.
  • Previous experience in quality and safety assessment writing.
