The Role
We are currently recruiting Laboratory Technicians and Stability Technicians for positions within our Analytical Operations Department. As part of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the laboratory to a high standard, supporting the department, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time and in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice.
The Laboratory Technician role includes sampling and testing packaging materials, sampling raw materials and products, and completing the necessary documentation according to specified pharmaceutical standards. The Stability Technician role involves supporting the management and execution of stability studies by performing sample storage and removal tasks in accordance with local procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice.
Essential Criteria
- GCSEs grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Previous Work Experience
Desirable Criteria (The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)
- A-Level (or equivalent) in Chemistry in addition to either Biology or Physics
- B.Sc. (or equivalent) in Chemistry or a Life Science with a significant Chemistry component
- Experience of working in a commercial laboratory environment
- Experience of working in a commercial GMP laboratory environment
