The Role

The individual in this role will lead a team of skilled craft workers to deliver building maintenance, implement maintenance contracts, and handle general repair requests. They will manage daily maintenance tasks and provide support for Facilities projects. This position also involves liaising with internal Almac staff and coordinating with external construction contractors.

What we are looking for

Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK

HND or Degree in Engineering or construction related discipline

Previous experience in a supervisory role

Previous experience managing contractors

Previous experience of people management

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

Computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working knowledge of AutoCAD
