What You Will Be Doing

  • Supporting and maintaining customer-facing eClinical systems, including eCOA and eConsent.
  • Configuring and implementing eClinical solutions in line with customer requirements, with a focus on eCOA and eConsent.
  • Performing system testing and supporting user acceptance testing activities.
  • Investigating, troubleshooting and resolving system issues and service requests.
  • Gathering, analysing and documenting system requirements.
  • Collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
  • Coding configuration and data update scripts where required.
  • Contributing to risk identification and mitigation throughout project delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate project and system documentation.
  • Participating in an on-call rota to provide emergency support when required.

What you need to be successful

Essential Criteria Level 1

  • Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK with no restrictions OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting and implementing software solutions.
  • Familiarity with SQL/PL-SQL or similar database technologies.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Essential Criteria Level 3

  • Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK with no restrictions OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, (or equivalent).
  • Significant experience implementing, delivering and supporting eClinical software solutions, specifically eCOA and eConsent.
  • Strong technical expertise in system configuration, requirements gathering and customer-facing solution delivery for eCOA and eConsent systems.
  • Proven ability to lead requirements discussions and provide technical guidance.
  • Experience managing complex projects and customer relationships.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
