The Opportunity
To lead, mentor and supervise a team of Systems Analysts (at various levels) in the efficient and effective delivery of solution design and functional specifications for Almac Information Services, ensuring that focus is on a quality deliverable throughout the entire software development lifecycle. What you need to be successful
- Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK with no restrictions OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full-time employment in the UK.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience in a Systems Analysis, Business Analysis or related analytical role.
- Experience of software delivery activities within a GxP / pharmaceutical / other regulated environment.
- Demonstrable experience of leading, supervising or line-managing a team of analysts or related professionals.
- A record of being able to coach and mentor other team members to get the best from them.
- Experience of contributing to strategy, KPIs and continuous improvement of an analytical function.
- Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to communicate functional and technical information and ideas clearly and concisely to non-technical staff at all levels.
- Experience working with commercial off the shelf solutions and vendor engagement.
Additional information
This role is office-based for the first 6 months. Following successful completion of this period, employees may apply for hybrid working in line with company policy.
