The Role
Working as part of the Quality Team within our Pharma Services Business Unit, you will ensure that the cleanliness of the laboratory is maintained to a high standard, providing support to their department and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and following Good Laboratory Practice. The role may also involve the sampling and testing of packaging materials, the sampling of raw materials and products and the subsequent completion of the required documentation in accordance with specified pharmaceutical standards.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week rotating shifts, Monday to Friday:
- Week 1: 6am - 2pm
- Week 2: 9am - 5pm
- Week 3: 2pm - 10pm
Essential Criteria
- GCSEs grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Desirable Criteria (The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)
- A-Level (or equivalent) in Chemistry in addition to either Biology or Physics
- B.Sc. (or equivalent) in Chemistry or a Life Science with a significant Chemistry component
- Experience of working in a commercial laboratory environment
- Experience of working in a commercial GMP laboratory environment
