The Role: Based at our Global Head Office in Craigavon, you will provide specialist operational support to the Marketing team, with a particular focus on packaging coordination, stock management and the Promotional Material Review (PMR) process across Galens pharmaceutical and medical nutrition portfolio. In this role, you will coordinate packaging activities and deadlines, help maintain accurate stock availability and replenishment plans, and manage promotional and non-promotional materials through the internal review and approval process. Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain, as well as third-party suppliers and the field force, you will help ensure that products and materials are compliant, available and delivered on time. What you will need to be successful: Eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK. 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade A-C, to include English Language and Mathematics. Experience of working in a Sales or Marketing Support role. Proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Organisational and time-management skills: ability to prioritise and manage your own workload with a results-driven and a can-do attitude.
