Essential Criteria
- Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in Analytical / Chemistry, or closely related discipline. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of academic qualification.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in one or more of the following MS techniques in an industrial or academic environment; LC-MSn, GC-MSn
- Experience of structure elucidation and quantitative analysis using MS
- Theoretical knowledge of multiple laboratory techniques
Desirable Criteria
- PhD level qualification (or equivalent) in Mass Spectrometry
- Previous relevant industrial experience in a GMP/GLP environment
- Experience of MS analysis of peptides and proteins as well as small molecules
- Experience of method validation
