Remuneration: £50,000-£60,000 plus bonus and benefits.
Role Summary
Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of security services in the UK and abroad.
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day delivery of operations, staffing, and serves as the main interface between clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Day-to-Day Operations: Manage daily security operations, including domestic and international assignments, ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Consultant Sourcing & Management: Identify, assess, and onboard consultants for specialised security tasks. Maintain an up-to-date database of security consultants.
- Pre-Deployment Preparation: Conduct pre-deployment briefings for consultants and ensure teams are well-prepared for assignments.
- Team Welfare & Reliability: Act as a point of contact for deployed consultants, ensuring their welfare, reliability, and commitment throughout their deployment.
- Operational
Planning: Develop and maintain operational plans, assignment instructions, and health and safety briefings.
Ensure teams are equipped with the necessary resources and training.
- Emergency Procedures: Maintain and update emergency procedures for deployed teams, including medical and evacuation plans.

Engagement: Communicate with clients on operational security matters, provide detailed briefings, and ensure understanding of risk assessments, security plans, and client expectations.
