Alma Vets is excited to welcome a dedicated Consult Nurse (RVN) to our friendly and supportive team. Our nurses play a key role within the practice, and our consult nurse will help shape the way we deliver preventative and proactive healthcare to our patients.

Your Role & Working Pattern:

We are seeking a confident, proactive Registered Veterinary Nurse who enjoys client interaction and is passionate about running and expanding nurse-led services. This role is consultation-focused, with occasional support in other areas of the practice when required.

Consults You May Include:

  • Weight clinics
  • Geriatric health checks
  • Diabetic support clinics
  • Post-operative checks
  • Admits and discharges
  • Second vaccinations
  • General nurse clinics and client education

Hours: Wednesday-Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm (fixed days). This position is ideal for an RVN who enjoys building relationships with clients, developing nursing services, and delivering gold-standard patient care in a calm and structured environment.
