The ASSISTANT MANAGER role requires strong leadership qualities, first-class professionalism, and hands-on technical knowledge. The Assistant Manager is accountable for overseeing people, daily workload, and overall shop workflow. This role involves developing a strong shop culture, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining exceptional service standards. Requirements
- Candidates with heavy-duty diesel mechanic experience and tire service expertise are strongly preferred.
