Sales Support Administrator in West Bromwich

Alma Personnel are pleased to announce we are working with our West Bromwich based client to recruit for a Sales Support Administrator on a full time, permanent basis. The hours of work are Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. The main duties of a Sales Support Administrator are:- * Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries - products, pricing, order status, lead times, and delivery schedules * Resolving concerns, complaints, and issues * Providing product information * Coordinating with production, purchasing, scheduling, and despatch * Preparing and following up on quotes * Processing customer orders * Managing account information and preparing reports * Identifying opportunities for up selling and cross-selling * Outbound calling and contacting existing/old customers * Maintaining customer records, pricing information and sales activity within the CRM * Reviewing incoming orders and monitoring order progress from receipt through to shipment * Generating sales reports and forecasts * Assisting with inventory related enquiries and product availability checks There is NO cold calling required for this role.
