Alma Personnel are pleased to announce we are working with our West Bromwich based client to recruit for an Admin Assistant with PA Support vacancy. This is a full time position with the hours of work being Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
The main duties of an Admin Assistant with PA Support are:
- Providing general admin support to the team
- Managing incoming calls and responding to emails
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and other external contacts in a professional manner
- Undertake any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role
