Alma Personnel are proud to announce working with their Witney based electronics company to recruit for an experienced Office Administrator with a view to progress to Manager. Very much a varied role taking on a multitude of duties and responsibilities so you must have strong communication skills coupled with management of your duties. Having proven experience of working in a very busy and active environment you will be tasked with carrying the following duties:
- Raising of invoices and accurate documents as well as drafting important correspondence, quotes and bill of materials
- Important diary organisation of meetings etc
- Provide the very best customer service/experience whomever visits the site and following up on any actions that may be required
- All administrative duties, including filling, post, emails and recording of important data
- Actively log all deliveries into the site
- Ordering of stationary and parts for manufacturing whilst sourcing them from suppliers
- You will also be liaising directly with the MD and as PA
Skills/Experience:
- Highly IT literate
- Excellent communications and organisational skills
- Proficient in the use of all MS Office suite of products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and proven time management
- Personable with a confident persona as a professional
