Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Northampton based client to recruit for a highly organised Business Administrator to be based out of their offices. Joining a company who are based nationally you will be tasked with the following:
- Providing general administrative support to the office
- Covering front of house reception
- Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms
- Meeting and greeting office visitors
- Helping with internal and external events
- Ensuring a great client experience with both in-person visitors and telephone contact with clients and suppliers
- Assisting with general office upkeep
- Undertaking relevant project work as required
You will need to possess the following to be successful in this role:
- GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above (or equivalent)
- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills, specifically MS Suite and able to pick up new IT packages very quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A positive, confident and proactive attitude
- Enjoy working as part of a team and self-motivated
- Relevant work experience and/or experience of working within a fast paced office environment
