Alma Personnel are pleased to be working in partnership with their Stratford Upon Avon based client to recruit for a Customer Service/Sales Advisor. This is a full time, permanent role. This role would suit someone who is confident, outgoing, and approachable. You will be completing sales over the telephone so you must be comfortable with this.
Main duties include:
- Handle incoming enquiries via telephone and email
- Increase sales by proactively engaging with potential customers to secure new business
- Update internal systems
- Convert incoming enquiries into sales
- Follow up on sales enquiries
- Maintain excellent customer service
This role requires you to work 5 out of 7 days, so you will be working weekends. This will be on a rota basis.
