Our client based in the Tamworth area are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper/Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Complete VAT returns
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Day to day bookkeeping
- Dealing with any enquiries from clients via phone and email
- Prepare financial statements
- Work closely with clients and ensure they are supported throughout
- Occasional client visits
- Management accounts
The successful candidate will:
- Be confident and reliable
- Be able to meet deadlines and manage their own workload
- Must have excellent IT skills including Excel
- Having experience in completing tax returns and statutory accounts is beneficial but not essential
- AAT level 4 and practice experience would also be advantageous
Can consider both part time and full-time hours.
Salary is £28,000 – £32,000 , dependent on experience.
This company is located in a rural part of Tamworth, so being able to drive is essential.
