Our Birmingham based distributor is looking to hire an experienced Accounts Assistant/ Book-keeper to be based out of their offices to join their team.
Duties
- Using Sage 200 you will be processing a high number of sales invoices
- Issuing credit notes
- Input purchases and expense invoices on to Sage
- Producing monthly statements and chasing debt
- You will be the first point of contact for all customers and suppliers regarding any queries
- Updating accounts ledgers
- Filing and other admin duties
- Assist other internal stakeholders with accounts queries
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience of using Sage 200
- Good experience in accounting and finance
- Well organised
- Must have good communication skills and willing to assist with other tasks
- Enthusiastic and reliable
- Good IT skills including Excel
- Attention to detail
- Must be fluent in Chinese and English
