We are looking for a senior leader to drive and grow our UK business with full P&L responsibility, overseeing sales, marketing, clinical-medical, and operations. The GM will work closely with senior stakeholders and lead a high-performing team, realizing the full potential of the UK market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing large businesses (> $15M revenue) and teams of 20+ people.
- Deep understanding of premium/Tier 1 products and experience with target customers (plastic surgeons, dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, beauty experts).
- Track record of growing or building businesses, with strong strategic and execution skills.
- Ability to see the potential of the UK business and lead the team.
- Experience in EBD and relevant education are advantages.
