Over the years, Alma has evolved into an integrated aesthetic and wellness ecosystem that combines medical devices, injectables, diagnostics, and personalized skincare. We are looking for a senior leader to drive and grow our UK business with full P&L responsibility, overseeing sales, marketing, clinical-medical, and operations. The GM will work closely with senior stakeholders and lead a high-performing team, realizing the full potential of the UK market.

  • Experience with revenues in the tens of millions of dollars
  • Deep understanding of premium/Tier 1 products and experience with target customers (plastic surgeons, dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, beauty experts)
  • Track record of growing or building businesses, with strong strategic and execution skills
  • Ability to see the potential of the UK business and lead the team
  • Experience in EBD and relevant education are advantages
