We are looking for a Roaming Senior Sous Chef to join our team, working between The Alma Inn (BB8 7EG) and Forest (BB12 9PA).

  • You will know your way around a kitchen, having worked as a Sous Chef previously and be ready for your next challenge!

  • You are ready to support the Head Chef with the running of the Kitchen.
  • You are ready to assist the Head Chef with leading and developing the team.
  • You are ready to assist the Head Chef with the creation of the specials menu.
