We\’re Hiring: Café Supervisor

Are you a natural leader with a passion for great coffee and customer service? We\’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Café Supervisor to join our team!

Location: 36 Primrose Hill Rd, NW3 3AD. Hours: Full-time.

What You’ll Do

• Support Manager, lead and support team
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Assist with staff training

What We’re Looking For

• Previous café or hospitality experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A hands‑on, positive attitude
• Flexible availability, including weekends and early mornings
