We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Program Manager to lead our engineering project management function and drive the technical development of the Allye MAX battery energy storage systems.
This is a hands-on engineering leadership role where you will build and manage a team of project engineers whilst maintaining direct involvement in technical decision-making and system development. As the engineering program leader, you will coordinate all activities across multiple engineering disciplines, external stakeholders, and manufacturing partners. You'll have full program autonomy to define requirements, lead cross-functional engineering teams, and drive overall project delivery from concept through to series production.
