A bit about the role

As a Technical Content Manager, you’ll play a critical role at the intersection of Product, Technology and Content Operations, ensuring that all digital content across web and app platforms is accurately built, tested and delivered.

You’ll own the implementation of interactive content within the CMS, translating business and product requirements into scalable, compliant and user-centric content experiences.

Working within agile delivery teams, you’ll act as the bridge between development teams and BAU content operations, ensuring content changes are robust, release-ready and aligned to both customer needs and regulatory standards.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into detailed technical content specifications
  • Configure and implement interactive content within the CMS across web and app platforms
  • Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, tested and ready for release
  • Work within cross-functional agile teams (Product, UX, CMS Dev, QA, PMO) to deliver content as part of sprint cycles
  • Act as a key advisor on content solution design during sprint planning and development
  • Manage multiple content workstreams, including planning, prioritisation and delivery tracking
  • Maintain and manage a content documentation backlog and content models
  • Identify and resolve content issues quickly, improving processes and delivery standards
  • Ensure all content meets accessibility standards, brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Support BAU teams through handover, documentation and training
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of content operations, tooling and governance
  • What experience we’re looking for
  • Proven experience working with Content Management Systems in a complex digital environment
  • Strong understanding of digital content delivery across web and mobile platforms
  • Experience working in agile / Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning and delivery
  • Ability to translate business and product requirements into technical content solutions
  • Working knowledge of HTML and front-end content structures
  • Understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility (WCAG standards)
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail, with strong proofreading and content quality assurance skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience supporting product delivery, testing and release cycles
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capability
