Allwyn is looking for a Senior US Tax Manager to lead US tax compliance, reporting, transfer pricing, and tax planning across our US portfolio, while advising on new products, market entries, and future transactions. You will help navigate new markets, support M&A activity, evaluate legislative changes, and build a strong tax foundation for Allwyn's continued US expansion. The role directly reports to the Group Head of Tax.
What youâll do:
- Manage the preparation of domestic federal and state income tax returns (corporate and partnership) in partnership with Allwyn's external tax advisors.
- Oversee sales tax and gross gaming revenue tax obligations across DFS and instant win gaming.
- Prepare US GAAP and IFRS tax provisions and support Pillar Two / GloBE requirements.
- Manage intercompany pricing and maintain US transfer pricing documentation.
- Support Group TP policy and ensure alignment on US TP positions.
- Advise on tax implications of new products, market entries, and commercial initiatives.
- Contribute to US M&A diligence, structuring, and integration work.
- Monitor federal, state, and gamingâspecific tax developments and assess operational impact.
- Manage CAMT, BEAT, GILTI, and FDII considerations for crossâborder operations.
- Liaise with US external tax advisors and collaborate with finance teams across Illinois, IWG, and PrizePicks.
- Support tax inputs for investor reporting and future listing readiness.
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
- 6â9 years of US tax experience (Big4 + inâhouse strongly preferred).
- Strong federal and multiâstate corporate income tax expertise.
- Experience with ASC 740 / IAS 12 tax provision and BEPS Pillar Two.
- Experience in gaming, lottery, or regulated consumer industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Subpart F, GILTI, transfer pricing, and international tax concepts.
- Experience working within foreignâparented US groups is an advantage.
- Comfortable working across multiple markets, cultures, and functions.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a bonus.
