Following the recent combination of Allwyn and OPAP and the listing of the combined company, Allwyn is looking for a Senior Investor Relations Manager to join its IR team in London. The Group places significant importance on delivering best-in-class investor relations, as it continues to expand sell-side research coverage while maintaining strong and proactive engagement with investors. The role will report to the Head of Investor Relations and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to prepare investor communications, support investor interactions, and ensure the market has a clear, consistent and well-informed understanding of Allwyn’s strategy, performance, and growth ambitions.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare investor materials, including results presentations, press releases, Q&A, and briefing documents.
- Support the delivery of quarterly results and annual reporting, working closely with Finance and senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to shaping key messaging for investor communications, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Work closely with Finance, Corporate Communications and other teams to align messaging across Allwyn.
- Support investor meetings, roadshows and conferences, including the preparation of senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to investor targeting and engagement activities, including the development of the shareholder base.
- Monitor market developments, competitors and investor sentiment, and share insights with stakeholders.
- Support the continued development of Allwyn’s Investor Relations approach as the company evolves as a listed business.
- Support capital markets activities as required.
What do you need to succeed?
- 10+ years’ experience in Investor Relations, investment banking, equity research or a similar field.
- Experience working in an established IR team (FTSE 100/350 or similar environment preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets and investor expectations.
- Experience preparing investor-facing materials and supporting senior stakeholders.
- Confident and engaging communication style, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to operate in a complex, multi-market environment.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
- Structured, reliable and collaborative approach.
- Fluency in English (spoken/written) in a corporate environment.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
