We are looking for a professional, proactive and service-driven Receptionist / Office Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure a welcoming, well-run environment for employees and guests. This person will be the face of the office, providing high-quality hospitality, handling front-of-house duties, and supporting general office administration. This is a 12 month contract role with onsite attendance of 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday, 9-6pm).
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors professionally and ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage guest check-in, sign-in processes and notify hosts upon arrival.
- Oversee the general presentation of reception and communal spaces.
- Identify and report maintenance issues.
- Support ad hoc administrative or office management tasks.
- Assist with the set-up, coordination and smooth running of in-office events.
- Support with preparing spaces, refreshments, materials and any event logistics.
- Ensure event areas remain tidy, well-presented and reset afterwards.
