Allwyn is looking for a Head of Responsible Gaming to lead and evolve our global Responsible Gaming (RG) strategy, ensuring safe play, consistency across markets, and strong alignment with our purpose of sustainable entertainment. The role focuses on strategic direction, reputation and safe-play standards, working closely with compliance and regulatory experts while maintaining a primarily strategic and policy-shaping remit.
What you’ll do:
- Support the development and refinement of Allwyn’s global RG strategy and ensure alignment with long-term Group priorities
- Create RG frameworks, toolkits, and policies for local markets and central teams
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, and stakeholder expectations; recommend strategic improvements
- Working with Brand and markets to implement and execute RG activations
- Oversee development of player-facing RG content and training materials
- Ensure RG principles are embedded into products, customer journeys, and digital touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with legal, regulatory, and compliance teams on audits and certification
- Act as the main contact for RG support across markets and internal functions
- Build strong relationships with media, stakeholders, and external industry bodies
- Develop high-quality materials including statements, briefs, case studies, and presentations.
What do you need to succeed?
- Experience in the gaming or wider gambling industry
- Background in Responsible Gaming, Corporate Affairs, Public Affairs, Sustainability, or similar strategic environments
- Strong understanding of regulated industries and ability to work effectively with compliance and regulatory specialists
- Ability to shape narrative, positioning, and thought leadership around Responsible Gaming
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting confidently in external and internal settings
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate RG principles into practical guidance and frameworks
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to distil complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Comfort operating across multiple markets, cultures, and functional areas.
