As part of this ecosystem, Allwyn is embarking on an ambitious journey to transform and modernise the global lottery category. This is a unique opportunity to join a high‑growth international environment and play a role in supporting both KKCG’s investment strategy and Allwyn’s continued expansion.
We are looking for an Investment Analyst to be part of KKCG’s and Allwyn’s Group Investment teams involved in a range of business development and M&A projects. Working closely with senior members of the investment team, you will contribute to identifying, assessing and progressing new opportunities across both existing and emerging segments within the global gaming ecosystem – including lottery, sports betting, casual gaming, mobile/video gaming and gaming technology.
What You'll Do:- Build detailed financial, operating, valuation, and LBO models to assess investment opportunities, business development initiatives, and portfolio companies.
- Support investment sourcing, analysis, and thesis development in line with defined criteria.
- Contribute to investment materials, including memorandums, presentations, due‑diligence outputs, and decision‑making analysis.
- Assist in executing investments, M&A transactions, and strategic business development projects, including post‑acquisition planning.
- Conduct ad‑hoc research, financial estimates, and prepare and deliver presentations of findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, providing analytical inputs and fostering strong cross‑functional relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; plus an MBA or MSc in Finance/Banking.
- Relevant experience (preferably 2 years) in a private equity firm, an investment bank or corporate finance firm.
- Strong financial modelling, business valuation, and analytical capabilities, with knowledge of due diligence, financing and strategic analysis preferred.
- Excellent organisational, project‑management and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Proactive, independent working style combined with strong teamwork, self‑drive and a desire to learn and contribute.
- High attention to detail, emotional intelligence, critical thinking skills, and the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑growing, international, multicultural environment and build effective cross‑functional relationships.
