A bit about the role
Enable the effective running of the team by providing proactive, high-quality administrative and coordination support. This is a part time role (4 days per week).
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage administrative support for the Tech & Data function, including scheduling meetings and regular 1:1s.
- Proactively manage diaries for the Tech & Data Leadership team, coordinating meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Support the planning and coordination of departmental meetings, team events, and ad hoc sessions.
- Handle travel bookings for team members.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, goods receipting, and resolve invoice queries.
- Maintain and update IT budget tracking spreadsheets.
- Process new supplier requests (SAP).
- Liaise with HR on starters and leavers and onboarding processes.
- Manage contractor onboarding/offboarding and extensions via ServiceNow.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required.
What experience we’re looking for:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in diary and stakeholder management.
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Working knowledge of relevant company processes and systems.
