A bit about the role: You will support the EuroMillions Brand Manager to execute the annual brand plan and any future optimisations of creative or brand elements as and when required. You will help ensure the brand remains distinctive and aligned with the strategy - acting as the key support in content delivery, co-ordination, and day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Campaign Support & Delivery
- Support the delivery of integrated BAU campaign from brief to execution
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across creative executions
- Liaise with creative service and agencies to manage timelines, feedback and final asset delivery
- Support the EuroMillions Brand Manager to actively inspire, inform and educate all those in the business who work with the brand and impact the public and wider stakeholders
- Support the team to bring EuroMillions to life across all touchpoints, working collaboratively with internal teams and agencies to ensure alignment and flawless execution
- Content
- Support in the execution of engaging brand content and campaigns, working with internal teams and agencies to deliver high quality assets on time and within budget
- Asset Management
- Support localisations, adaptation and trafficking of creative material
- Track playouts of all AV and Radio with accuracy
- Assurance
- Maintain full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation (e.g. Advertising Standards Association, BCAP Code) and ensure all activity is fully compliant with such legislation
- Understand the Brand Team's Licence compliance responsibilities and ensure obligations are always met
- Ensure all activity delivered is aligned to our social value mission
- Admin
- Provide proactive support to the wider 'Big Jackpots' team with day-to-day administration tasks such as booking meeting rooms, arranging meetings, taking notes and handling any other ad-hoc team co-ordination needs
Key Measures of Success: To be successful in this role: You will have 2-4 years brand marketing experience under your belt, ideally in FMCG, entertainment or consumer facing sectors. Proven experience delivering brand campaigns and content, working cross-functionally and with agencies. You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Contribution to brand health and campaign performance. Team collaboration and feedback.
What experience we’re looking for:
- Experience in brand, marketing or campaign roles
- Experience of being involved in the creative development process and developing effective campaigns that deliver results
- Good communication skills
- Good understanding of marketing channels
- Ability to write clear briefs
- Experience of working in a regulated industry (e.g. Gambling Commission, Advertising Codes of Practice)
