A Mid‑Weight Creative is responsible for developing and delivering creative ideas and assets across a wide range of channels and formats. Working closely with Senior Creatives, Designers, Content Creators and the wider Creative & Production team, this role brings ideas to life with craft, consistency and attention to detail that will connect with our broad UK audiences.
What you’ll be doing
- Creative Development & Execution
- Develop creative ideas and executions across campaigns, content and always‑on activity
- Produce high‑quality creative assets across multiple channels and formats
- Translate briefs into clear, engaging and on‑brand creative output that will drive the behaviour changes in UK audiences we need to increase player participation
- Collaboration & Team Working
- Work closely with our Creative Director, Senior Creative, Designers and Content Creators to shape and deliver ideas
- Collaborate with Strategy, Media, Production and Delivery teams to ensure work is insight‑led and platform‑appropriate
- Respond effectively to feedback, refining work to meet creative and brand standards
- Brand & Quality
- Ensure all creative output aligns with The National Lottery brand framework and tone of voice
- Maintain high standards of craft, consistency and attention to detail
- Support the evolution of creative approaches as in‑house capability grows
- Delivery & Ways of Working
- Deliver work on time and to brief across multiple concurrent projects
- Support both planned campaign work and reactive, fast‑turnaround activity
- Work efficiently within delivery processes and workflows
- Learning, Development & Growth
- Continue to develop creative skills, craft and channel knowledge
- Stay up to date with creative trends, formats and platform best practice
- Support junior creatives/teams where appropriate

What experience we’re looking for
- Experience working as a Mid‑Weight Creative in an agency or in‑house environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution across multiple channels
- Ability to develop ideas and bring them to life across different formats
- Good understanding of brand‑led creative and platform requirements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple pieces of work
- Openness to feedback and a desire to continuously improve
- Experience in regulated or brand‑sensitive environments is desirable
