A bit about the role…
The Management Information Analyst plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business intelligence tools—particularly Power BI—and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and compelling way.
What you’ll be doing…
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business performance tracking and decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Monitor and improve the performance of existing reports and dashboards.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support operational and strategic initiatives
- Ensure data governance and compliance with internal and external standards
- Train and support users in accessing and interpreting Power BI reports.
What experience we’re looking for…
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and data modeling.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data governance and quality assurance practices.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Understanding of operational reporting frameworks.
