Acting as the essential glue between our key functions - Media Strategy, Channels, Partnerships, and Influencers, you will ensure timelines, deliverables, and outputs are met with precision. This is a fundamental role designed to ensure we remain progressive, bridging the gap between strategy and execution to deliver best-in‐class advertising. You will need to keep energy levels high, ensuring in‐house stakeholders and external agencies are equipped to execute with precision.
What you’ll be doing...
- Own and maintain project timelines for media and marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery across teams.
- Act as the operational heartbeat of the team by tracking progress, identifying risks, and proactively solving problems to keep projects moving forward.
- Drive innovation by owning key projects and new media initiatives, ensuring we are constantly advancing our capabilities.
- Support the delivery of key media projects and initiatives, examples include:
- Media utilisation, contracts, statement of work, and resource planning
- Relationship management: Workstream and process reviews
- Measurement and attribution projects
- Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO) - Omnichannel roll out
- Lead the roll‐out of advanced media capabilities, such as dynamic creative solutions, data‐driven automation, and emerging measurement and attribution frameworks.
- Implement and iterate processes that improve efficiency and build a collaborative way of working across the entire media ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain operational reporting, including Scopes of Work (SOWs) and resource planning templates.
- Own operational trackers, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates for leadership.
- Manage ongoing communications with external partners and agencies, overseeing workstream reviews and documentation.
- Coordinate cross‐functional stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., advertising codes) is upheld across all media outputs.
What experience we’re looking for...
- Proven experience in Media Operations, Media Project Management, or Media Planning with understanding of the end‐to‐end media campaign lifecycle across all major channels.
- Experience managing the delivery of high‐profile, multi‐channel campaigns and marketing operations – ideally within a fast‐moving consumer brand or agency environment.
- Proven track record of working with external media agencies and third‐party vendors, ensuring they are held accountable to deliverables.
- Highly organised and comfortable being the central point of contact. Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, at pace.
- Demonstrable experience on owning project challenges and finding creative solutions to keep projects moving.
- Experience managing project‐based budgets, including the management of purchase orders, estimates, and invoice approvals.
- Data‐driven mindset and are comfortable using reporting dashboards and performance trackers to inform decision‐making and report progress to leadership.
- Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and keep internal teams energised and aligned.
- Knowledge of regulatory environment for advertising and influencer content in the UK (ASA, Advertising Codes etc.).
Key Measures of Success:
- Delivery of Media projects and initiatives on‐time with proactive risk mitigation.
- Establish end‐to‐end processes and ways of working with Media Strategy, Channels, and Social, resulting in clear accountability and seamless cross‐functional delivery.
