A bit about the role…
To manage the planning and delivery of a programme of increasingly complex and interconnected CRM projects and initiatives for the National Lottery, ensuring projects are completed effectively and contribute to the overall CRM strategy.
What you’ll be doing…
- Develop and maintain full view of all CRM activities, plans and deliverables.
- Lead the implementation and management of CRM projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timeline.
- Manage the full project lifecycle of CRM projects, ensuring projects have a clearly defined scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives and develop project plans, timelines and budgets.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, RACI charts, milestones and deliverables aligned to project objectives.
- Be the primary project lead and contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and providing updates on any risks or issues.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate project resources across Allwyn and manage stakeholders.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Evaluate project outcomes and report on performance.
What experience we’re looking for…
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within CRM or Marketing Technology (MarTech).
- Demonstrable experience of owning the project management lifecycle and Agile project management methodologies.
- Understanding of CRM and/or MarTech principles and technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Budget management experience.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations.
Key Measures of Success:
- Successful delivery of CRM projects on time and within budget.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication.
- Achievement of project objectives and KPIs.
