A bit about the role

You will support the TNL Brand Manager in the development and execution of a rolling 18 month TNL brand plan. Work with internal teams to ensure consistency of TNL branding across the entire consumer plan providing clarity and guardrails.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the TNL Brand Manager to actively inspire, inform and educate all those in the business who work with the brand and impact the public and wider stakeholders
  • Support in the execution of engaging brand plans to drive brand performance including ongoing content creation that shines a light on the societal impact of Good Causes through Storytellers & Ambassadors and through key moments like The Olympics and Paralympics
  • Support the team to bring TNL to life across various touchpoints, working collaboratively with internal teams and agencies (CRM, CX, Media, Creative, PR etc) to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
  • Support the TNL Brand Manager in the delivery of high quality, integrated content plans, including briefing relevant internal and external teams, developing and signing off plans and assets (creative, media and channels)
  • Know your brand inside out
  • Maintain full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation (e.g. Advertising Standards Association, BCAP Code) and ensure all activity is fully compliant with such legislation
  • Understand the Brand Team’s Licence compliance responsibilities and ensure obligations are met at all times
  • Ensure all activity delivered is aligned to our social value mission

What experience we’re looking for

  • Experience of being involved in the development content series and marketing campaigns
  • Experience of being involved in the creative development process and developing effective campaigns that deliver results
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of working in a regulated industry (e.g. Gambling Commission, Advertising Codes of Practice)
