We are looking for ambitious, smart, and creative individuals to join our team and help our clients achieve their goals. Working at Allvue Systems means working with pioneers in the fintech industry. Our efforts are powered by innovative thinking and a desire to build adaptable financial software solutions that help our clients achieve even more.

Job Summary

Allvue Systems is seeking a high-caliber AI Product Manager to lead the roadmap and execution of our Andi Agentic Platform — including AI-powered document intelligence (loan notices, equity & credit financials) and embedded insights and workflow automation across Private Credit, Public Credit, and Private Equity. This role is both strategic and execution-oriented — you will set direction while overseeing execution in close partnership with the Head of AI and a dedicated Product Owner, operating with autonomy while aligning to a unified platform vision. You will collaborate closely with product managers, AI engineers, data science teams, services, and go-to-market stakeholders to bring AI products to market with speed and precision. This is a mission-critical, platform-level role for someone who wants to shape the future of AI-driven financial operations and deliver enterprise-grade AI capabilities with real commercial impact.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as execution owner and drive strategy for the Andi agentic AI platform, enabling intelligent workflows, natural language actions, and real-time insights.
  • Lead the document extraction roadmap (financial statements, capital notices, portfolio monitoring, compliance triggers, etc.).
  • Translate business needs into high-level product direction and oversee the creation of detailed requirements in partnership with a dedicated Product Owner, ensuring strong alignment with AI engineering and data/ML teams.
  • Partner across Credit & Equity product managers to embed agentic AI workflows and capabilities into our core products.
  • Own feature launches, cross‐functional alignment, GTM readiness, and actively unblock teams to maintain delivery velocity.
  • Monitor adoption, usage metrics, and AI performance, iterating to maximize ARR impact and measurable client value.
  • Stay ahead of AI market and competitive trends, informing build‐versus‐partner decisions.
  • Regularly meet with clients and market stakeholders to deeply understand evolving demand, pain points, and opportunities to shape product direction.
  • Operate with executive visibility, crafting clear product narratives, demo storyboards, and strategic storytelling (strong PowerPoint skills required).

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in product management or consulting within financial services (private markets, buy‐side, or capital markets strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success shipping AI, data, or machine‐learning products — not just strategy, but hands‐on delivery.
  • Experience working directly with AI / LLM engineering teams — able to translate vision into technical execution.
  • Deep passion for agentic AI systems, workflow automation, and the future of intelligent financial operations.
  • Proven strength in high‐speed cross‐functional execution, with a clearly demonstrated ability to drive meaningful and measurable outcomes across product, engineering, GTM, and client teams.
  • Excellent communicator and expert problem solver — executive presence, strategic clarity, strategic GTM thinking, and narrative craft.
  • Fluent with JIRA and agile product execution best practices.
  • In‐market presence required.

Education / Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline required, advanced degree preferred.

What We Offer

  • Health Coverage options along with other voluntary benefits.
  • Enterprise Udemy membership with access to thousands of personal and professional development courses.
  • 401K with Company match up to 4% or Employee Pension plan.
  • Competitive pay and year-end bonus potential.
  • Flexible PTO.
  • Charitable Donation matching, along with Volunteer and Voting PTO.
  • Numerous team building activities to promote collaboration in a fun and fast-paced work environment.
