Job Summary
The People Partner III will play an integral role on our global People Operations team by providing employee relationships and operational support for our UK-based team members, including people managers and individual contributors. The role works in close partnership with HR business partners and other HR teammates to ensure that programs and processes delivered are aligned with business and HR functional strategies, and it leads global or regional People Operations projects.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding/offboarding – Ensure all UK starters and leavers are processed in a timely and accurate manner and deliver onboarding orientations and execute offboarding processes for the region. Serve as the first point of contact for UK employee questions.
- Employee Relations & Lifecycle – Stay informed about UK employment law and statutory guidance; partner with managers to lead key processes such as attendance, performance, disciplinary actions, flexible working, family leave, and design formal templates and briefings.
- Payroll – Monthly – Partner with Finance to process pay and benefits changes for starters, leavers, and ad-hoc changes; maintain information in benefits vendor portals.
- Payroll – Annual – Collaborate with Finance and employees to enable employees to sacrifice all or part of their annual performance bonus into their pension.
- Workforce change – Partner with People Experience Business Partners to design and execute processes aligned with legal and statutory requirements.
- Benefits – Review the UK entity’s benefits and administer the annual enrolment process.
- Global mobility – Serve as Administrator for Sponsorship Management System and manage intra‑company moves.
Qualifications
- Approximately 5 years of experience resolving complex talent and employee relations issues.
- Proven working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, diversity initiatives, performance management, and UK employment laws.
- Comfortable maintaining employee data in HRIS and proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects effectively.
Education & Certifications
Degree in a related discipline preferred.
