Job Summary
The People Experience (PX) Tech and Analytics Lead will play an integral part in upholding and optimizing our PX systems, processes, and building our PX analytics practice. Primary People Experience (PX) Tech responsibilities include maintaining Allvue’s PXtech stack, taking the lead on technical support and solutions to improve PX processes and data management, while also ensuring data integrity and security of employee data across Allvue’s corporate application landscape. Primary analytics responsibilities involve working closely with employee data and building basic reporting to providing regular, reoccurring data analytics to leadership to drive data based decision making.
A successful candidate will have expertise with PX systems, specifically ADP, and ideally iCIMS, proficiency PXanalytics, a strong drive for data integrity, process improvement, and systems optimization, and ability to independently lead and timely deliver on projects of varying sizes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of new or existing PXsystems, including deploying new or existing functionality to support Allvue’s PX strategy.
- Collaborate with PX, Finance, and IT teams to evaluate existing configuration, including integrations, and identify system improvements / enhancements. Proactively recommend and implement solutions or propose alternatives. Develop project and communication plan to design, test, and deploy configuration changes.
- Serve as the key liaison between PX, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Create and maintain out of the box and custom fields (data tables), dashboards, standard or ad-hoc reports, and integrations.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation and provide end-user training and support.
- Build PX analytics practice by creating meaningful analytics for leadership with the goal of driving data-based decision making.
- Partner closely with PXBPs and Finance team to deliver analytics to the business.
- Utilize existing technology to automate and provide real-time data and analytics where possible.
- Partner with Identity Management team to configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and SAML for the PXtech stack
- Growth opportunities in the People Operations and Total Rewards space available after the aforementioned responsibilities are mastered.
Requirements
- 5-8 years as an HR/PX tech and analytics subject matter expert.
- Deep expertise with HR/PX systems, specifically, ADP Workforce Now, and ideally, iCIMS, Learning Management Systems, and employee survey tools.
- Communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal, with interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to independently develop project plans and drive projects to completion.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and projects effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong curiosity to get to the root of issue and propose a sustainable fix and has an unwavering commitment to data integrity, consistently aiming for 100% accuracy.
- Ability to be a strong business partner and cross functional collaborator within a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Familiarity working with APIs and integrating HR systems into the corporate applications landscape.
- Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data and information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Some experience with data querying and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Lucid chart.
