We are looking for an Auth0 DevOps Engineer.
We are looking for an Auth0 DevOps Engineer to join our Managed Services team, supporting customers’ Auth0 platforms and delivering identity projects through CI/CD.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, IAM or managed service roles, including hands-on Auth0;
- Hands-on experience with Auth0, particularly tenant configuration, Actions and SSO integrations;
- Experience with Terraform and GitHub, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;
- Knowledge of Node.js, including Auth0 Actions (a plus);
- Understanding of authentication and security protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM);
- Experience of 2nd/3rd line support, including incident, problem and change management;
- Experience delivering customer projects to scope, time and quality;
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-oriented and proactive mindset;
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers’ Auth0 tenants at 2nd and 3rd line, including monitoring, incident and problem management;
- Review and release Auth0 configuration through customer CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and the Auth0 CLI;
- Build and support Universal Login customisations, including ACUL, and Auth0 Actions;
- Design, integrate and support applications using SSO, SCIM and APIs;
- Support and enhance our Identiguard monitoring platform;
- Deliver customer projects, quarterly health checks, service reports and documentation;
- Work with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions;
- Optional participation in our out-of-hours rota for high priority incidents.
