The Role
As a Business Operations Generalist you’ll be building the systems and processes to help scale how companies leverage allUP for hiring.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Building process and the team that enables allUP to provide world class service to every customer as we scale the business
- Creating scalable communication flows to optimize customer success
- Managing key acquisition funnels and make sure we have targeted candidate coverage for every role
- Leveraging data to identify opportunities to better serve our customers and drive continued customer engagement and successful hiring outcomes
- Being resourceful to proactively problem solve while communicating with all stakeholders
What You\’ll Bring
- Strong understanding of tech/startup hiring needs and culture
- Obsession with growth and the ability to build process and teams that enable that growth
- The high standards and customer happiness orientation needed to provide world class service
- The strong communication skills needed to keep both internal and external stakeholders both informed and aligned
- A figure sh*t out and make things happen FAST startup mentality
- Experience with modern workplace tools (Google Suite, Notion, Slack) and strong data analysis skills
- Experience in both recruiting and client relationship management is a plus
- True passion for increasing access to opportunity for job candidates and helping companies discover their needle in the haystack

Compensation
- $40–$45/hour
- Contract-to-hire (This is a contract-to-hire position, with the potential to convert to full-time employment)
- Fully remote (US-based), but you’ll need to have at least 4 hours of overlap with West Coast time.
