Allume Energy is revolutionising solar access for flats. We have developed a world-first technology that allows a single rooftop solar system to be shared across multiple apartments in the same building. We are a fast-growing global clean-tech company expanding our UK team, and we are looking for a driven, curious, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to help grow our presence across social housing, retrofit, new build, and property development markets.
What you will be doing:
- Identify and engage new clients across housing associations, local authorities, contractors, developers, and BTR operators.
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
- Identify decision-makers and run multi-channel outbound BD activity.
- Arrange and support meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Attend industry events to build relationships and generate leads.
- Prepare initial commercial proposals and hand over qualified opportunities to senior leadership.
- Work closely with the Head of BD / Commercial on strategy, priorities, and approvals and collaborate with technical and marketing teams to support delivery.

- 0–3 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.

- Exposure to B2B or hardware sales.
- Background in renewables, solar, or clean-tech.
- Technical or engineering-related education.
