The role involves supporting the Contracts Team and other departments with producing and preparing accurate, legally binding and effective agreements that protect the interests of Allucent. This position works with Proposal staff and Operations to produce schedules for contracts that accurately reflect the scope of work and budget of awarded projects.
Main responsibilities:- Prepare client and vendor contracts
- Apply updates to budget tool, as and when needed — this should be minimal
- Manage, organize, and maintain documents in an electronic filing system and records within business systems, such as Salesforce and SharePoint
- Other projects and activities as requested from time to time
- 2-4 years experience with pricing and contracts
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Research skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple activities
- Ability to work independently, manage workloads, and keep deadlines
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to projects with a willingness to learn
