Job Purpose: To support the Branch Manager in the successful day-to-day operation of the Hemel Hempstead branch, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient branch operations, and the achievement of sales targets. The Assistant Branch Manager / Internal Sales Executive will play a key role in developing existing customer relationships whilst proactively generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activity, prospecting, and customer engagement. The role will also involve handling inbound sales enquiries, supporting trade counter operations, and taking full responsibility for the branch during periods when the Branch Manager is absent.
