For more than 12 years, Alltogether Care Services has supported adults aged 16+ to live safely and independently within their own homes. We support people with:

As our Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our Care at Home and Housing Support services, ensuring exceptional standards of care whilst driving continuous improvement and sustainable growth. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with our Director and operational team to:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of our Care at Home and Housing Support services
- Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate, SSSC and legislative requirements
- Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Maintain our excellent quality standards
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments and service reviews
- Build positive relationships with service users, families and professionals
- Lead recruitment and workforce planning
- Identify opportunities for business growth and service development
- Develop relationships with Local Authorities, Health & Social Care Partnerships and private clients
- Prepare for inspections and ensure continual service improvement
- Analyse service performance and implement quality improvement initiatives
We're looking for someone who is passionate about leadership, quality and innovation:
- SSSC Registered (or eligible)
- Appropriate qualification meeting Registered Manager requirements (SVQ Level 4 Leadership & Management or equivalent)
- Previous experience managing a Care at Home service
- Excellent understanding of Care Inspectorate standards
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong knowledge of care planning, risk assessment and safeguarding
We'd love it if you also have:
- Experience growing domiciliary care services
- Experience working with Local Authority contracts
- Knowledge of care management software
- Experience preparing services for Care Inspectorate inspections
