We’re recruiting dedicated, compassionate Care Workers to join our team to provide care and support to a range of individuals with varying health needs.
We believe that homecare is a way of improving people’s lives and helping them to continue living the life they prefer to lead. That is why we are looking for compassionate, caring people to join our family of Care Workers and join the social care sector and our award‑winning teams.
No experience is necessary to join our team as we provide a full training and induction programme, so you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your new role. We have our very own Training Academy. We will seek to fund your SVQ qualification (SCQF level 6 & 7). We are looking for people who are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
The Role
- Providing personal care and supporting individuals daily living
- Preparation of meals
- Support with medication
- Light domestic duties
- Visits out into the community
- You could be lone working or out with another member of staff
Shift Patterns
Our morning shifts start at 0800 hours and our back shifts 1600. Shift times are variable due to the personal needs of our service users and include weekend and public holidays.

Requirements
- Before you join Alltogether Care, we will need to complete a compliance checklist including a PVG check and evidence of the right to work in the UK. We do not provide sponsorship.
- A positive attitude to the rights of people who use Social Care Services, particularly their right to be treated with respect and dignity, always respecting diversity, different cultures and values.
- Valid UK Driving license and access to a car is essential for this role.
- For this position, female is an Occupational Requirement as defined by the Equally Act 2010.
