About the Role
As a Technology Transformation Partner at AllThorpe Consulting, you will serve as a senior leader responsible for shaping, selling, and leading large-scale digital and technology transformation programs for our clients. You will bring deep industry expertise, strategic thinking, and technology leadership to help clients modernise their technology landscape, accelerate innovation, and realise measurable business outcomes. In addition to client facing responsibilities, you will serve as a core member of AllThorpe leadership team; managing a series of enabling business functions that help the business develop its capabilities to better serve our clients. This role is ideal for an executive with proven success in delivering enterprise-wide transformation and building trusted C-suite relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership & Delivery
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executives on digital and technology transformation.
- Lead complex, multi-year technology modernization programs (cloud, data, ERP, RMS, CMS platforms, engineering, operating model changes).
- Oversee engagement delivery to ensure quality, governance, and measurable outcomes.
- Bring thought leadership on emerging technologies and digital trends.
- Drive business development efforts, including pipeline creation, proposal development, and deal closure.
- Identify and shape new market opportunities aligned with AllThorpe’s transformation offerings.
- Meet annual revenue, sales, and profitability targets.
- Represent AllThorpe at industry events to elevate the firm’s market presence.
- Contribute and shape AllThorpe’s strategic plan, translating it into operational reality.
- Manage profitability and drive value creating investments.
- Oversee workforce planning and talent management.
- Manage operational risk, independence, and compliance protocols specific to a regulated firm.
- Ensure adherence to professional standards, client confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing consulting teams.
- Drive an inclusive culture and elevate talent through coaching and sponsorship.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to scale our technology transformation capabilities.
- Help shape AllThorpe’s technology strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
- Champion innovation and new service offerings.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise technology leadership.
- Proven track record leading large-scale technology transformation programs valued at £5m+.
- Deep expertise in several domains:
- Business case development
- Strategy development/ discovery
- Benefits management
- Requirements, process design
- Business transformation
- Enterprise modernisation / legacy platform migration
- Data & AI strategy
- Technology operating model design
- Systems integration & engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry specialization (e.g., Public Sector, Policing, HMCTS, CPS, Prison Service, Probation etc).
- Experience leading P&L and practice-building activities.
- Thought leadership (public speaking, whitepapers, innovation leadership).
