What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing and drainage systems.
• Install and service fixtures, piping, water heaters, sump pumps, and water treatment solutions.
• Educate homeowners on maintenance, system care, and upgrade options.
• Use modern tools and technology to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Represent AllTech with professionalism, integrity, and pride.

What We Expect From You:

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills.
• Comfort working with modern plumbing tools and systems.
• Clear, professional communication with customers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces or tight areas.
• A mindset that values quality, accountability, and growth.
