Role Overview
Driving front end loading shovel, the right candidate will be responsible for feeding the plant, loading customers and keeping the site tidy and organised.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Load, move, and manage materials using a loading shovel or similar equipment
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Communicate professionally with drivers and site staff
- Report any discrepancies or issues promptly to the management team
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role or with heavy machinery is an advantage
- Have a current FEL operating qualification (NPORS or similar) is preferable but not essential
- Willingness to learn and undergo training
- Good work ethic and team-player attitude
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure
